The bagel was a little "gummy" to use the words of Matt. It was most certainly not of the caliber of bagel that I am used to in New Jersey.

The egg was decent, thankfully it wasn't microwaved.

The yellow american cheese on it was decent. It enhanced the flavor over all.

Better than many places that you'll find an egg and cheese sandwich, but not quite up to snuff.
